What we're looking for

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Chief of Staff to join GamerSafer and work closely with our CEO and COO.

This is a strategic and operational role for someone who enjoys creating clarity, improving processes, coordinating across teams, and making sure important company priorities move forward. The Chief of Staff will support leadership in decision-making, own recurring operational processes, and help keep finance, people operations, reporting, and internal execution organized as GamerSafer continues to grow.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment. We are looking for a person who can balance strategic thinking with execution, communicate clearly in English, and represent GamerSafer with professionalism when working with internal and external stakeholders.

Because this role supports operations across Brazil, the US, and other countries, fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory, including strong written and verbal communication in both languages.

While GamerSafer is headquartered in California, this position is remote-first and requires significant overlap with Pacific Time working hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and COO, supporting company priorities, leadership decisions, and cross-functional execution.
• Prepare materials, notes, and follow-ups for important meetings, leadership discussions, investor updates, and internal communications.
• Track leadership action items, decisions, owners, and deadlines to ensure follow-through and accountability.
• Help remove blockers, improve visibility, and keep key initiatives moving forward.
• Own recurring operational processes and create structure where needed through calendars, checklists, documentation, and simple scalable workflows.
